About PCC

We are dedicated to improving the overall product offerings and service to our end user community. The PCC provides a forum for authorized Avaya partners to work directly with Avaya to leverage powerful synergy across their enterprise portfolio.
With over 900 individuals representing over 150 Avaya partner companies, our independent community leads with one voice to gain product and service improvements, address strategic movement in the marketplace, operational and logistical issues and gain key technical information.
