In consideration for being invited to the Avaya Technology Forum 2015 on May 18-20, 2015 in Bangkok, Thailand at the Royal Orchid Sheraton (the "Discussion"), sponsored by Avaya Inc. ("Avaya"), I understand and agree:
- that the content of the Discussion and any documentation, including, but not limited to Avaya technical documentation, and any ideas or concepts presented or addressed by Avaya at the Discussion are intellectual property belonging to Avaya or its suppliers, and shall be considered as Avaya's or its supplier's confidential and trade secret information ("Confidential Information");
- to treat as Confidential Information what I see, hear and otherwise observe during the Discussion;
- not to disclose any Confidential Information (a) without Avaya's prior written consent or (b) until after it has become generally available to the public without breach of this Confidentiality Statement; and
- if my organization has an agreement with Avaya which includes non-disclosure terms and conditions, ("Prior Agreement"), the terms and conditions of the Prior Agreement will apply to the Confidential Information. In the case of a conflict between the Prior Agreement and this Confidentiality Statement, the Prior Agreement will prevail.
