Pierre-Paul Allard
Pierre-Paul Allard is Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and President of Global Field Operations for Avaya. Avaya is a leading global provider of next-generation business collaboration and communications software and services. Allard is based at Avaya headquarters in Santa Clara, Calif.
In his sales role, Allard leads the world-wide sales organization, which includes field sales and global channels sales. His focus is to capture market and wallet share in both the enterprise and mid-market spaces. Allard leads a customer-centered, partner engaged sales model where customer satisfaction and loyalty are the core principles.
As leader of Corporate Strategy and Development, Allard directs corporate strategy initiatives for Avaya, including strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and analyst relations.
Allard joins Avaya from Cisco Systems, where he was most recently Vice President Sales and Operations, Global Enterprise. In this role, he was responsible for all sales, support and field operations of Cisco's Global Industries Client segment. The Global Enterprise Client is an extremely significant segment of Cisco's business which includes the top enterprise client base and accounts for more than $2.5B of product and services revenue.
Prior to this role, Allard served as Vice President of Worldwide Enterprise Marketing, leading marketing strategy and execution for Cisco's global Enterprise market. Previously, he was President of Cisco Systems Canada. He joined Cisco in 1993 from IBM, where he served in roles of increasing responsibility over a period of 11 years.
Allard has served as a director for many technology companies in Canada and the USA. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of EXFO. In 2003, he received the Golden Jubilee Medal from Queen Elizabeth II, which highlights significant contributions to Canada by an individual. In the same year, he was awarded the prestigious Trudeau Medal from the University of Ottawa, Tefler School of Management. In 1998, he was the laureate of the Arista-Sunlife Award, for Top Young Entrepreneur in Large Enterprise, by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
Allard holds an Honors B.Com degree in Finance and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa.
Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Lucie and their three children. He is a private pilot, an avid outdoorsman and hockey player.
Richard Steranka
Richard Steranka is Vice President of Avaya’s Worldwide Partner Organization. Avaya is a global leader in business communications and collaboration, providing unified communications, contact centers, data solutions and related services to organizations of all sizes around the world.
In this role, Richard is responsible for the critically important task of creating and operationalizing our customer- focused, partner go-to-market strategy. Richard leads revenue growth efforts through the Channel Sales team along with the architecture and policy management of the industry-leading Avaya Connect program for the more than 9,000 world-wide Partners that make up the Avaya Channel community. Richard is responsible for accelerating the Mid Market, Networking and Video Go-to-Market business practices of Avaya’s partners, while creating new paths for capturing market share in areas such as Cloud solutions.
Richard has a proven track record developing and implementing complex global go-to-market strategies, with more than 20 years of experience in the networking industry and established expertise in channel strategy development and execution with resellers, distributors and service providers. In his first year at Avaya, Richard led the Global Strategic Planning organization which sets the long term direction across Avaya. Prior to joining Avaya, Richard spent 19 years at Cisco in a series of executive roles involving Small Business Sales and Operations, WW Distribution Sales and Channel Marketing for both Enterprise and SMB partners. Before joining Cisco, Richard held channel sales roles at Ascom Timeplex and Synoptics Communications.
Dave Vellequette
Dave Vellequette is senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer of Avaya, a global provider of business collaboration and communications solutions. In this role, based in Santa Clara, Vellequette is responsible for the overall financial governance and management of Avaya's financial operations, including overall responsibility for the Controller�s organization, financial planning, Treasury, Tax and IT.
Vellequette has more than 30 years of financial experience with a diverse set of technology companies.
Prior to joining the company in October 2012, Vellequette served most recently as the chief financial officer of JDS Uniphase Corporation (JDSU), a role he held since June 2005. He joined JDSU in 2004 as vice president and operations controller. Prior to joining JDSU, Vellequette was vice president of worldwide sales and service operations at Openwave Systems.
Between 1992 and 2002, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Cisco Systems, first as corporate controller of StrataCom Corporation (acquired by Cisco in 1996) and later as vice president of finance supporting Cisco's service provider line of business.
Marc Randall
Mike Ansley is President for Avaya in the Asia Pacific Region. He is responsible for the sales and overall management of the company’s activities in the region, spanning Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. He is responsible for executing Avaya strategy, vision and growth objectives across Asia Pacific. Mike is focused on supporting Avaya’s extensive current and future customer base, and APAC-wide network of Avaya Connect Channel Partners and Distributors.
Mike is a recognized leader in the industry, with a strong track record for achieving significant results around best-in-class business and sales practices. He has more than 20 years of rich experience ranging across executive sales leadership, partner strategy, services, engineering and marketing.
Prior to joining Avaya, Mike was Vice President of Business Markets at Cisco, responsible for managing advanced technologies, verticals, and architecture teams for Data Center and Collaboration. Additionally, he held various international senior management positions, principally at Cisco, 3Com and HP, including Worldwide Sales Strategy, and Advanced Technology Marketing and General Manager roles in EMEA.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto. He is Canadian and is based in Singapore.
Chris Jones
Chris is Vice President, WW Midmarket Sales, and joined Avaya in November 2013. In this role, Chris’ team has responsibility for driving one of Avaya’s fastest growing businesses, all through tight collaboration with partners. Prior to Avaya, Chris was responsible for the Americas Partner organization at Juniper Networks, and also led their Worldwide Commercial Sales organization. Prior to Juniper, Chris spent several years at Cisco Systems, where he held leadership positions in the channels organization, and in commercial sales. He graduated cum laude from Duke University with a BA in Economics, and attended executive development courses at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. He currently resides in Washington, DC, with his wife and three daughters.
Gary E. Barnett
Gary Barnett is senior vice president and general manager of the Engagement Solutions business unit at Avaya, the leading provider of customer and team engagement solutions. In his current role, Barnett has responsibility for Avaya's customer engagement, team engagement and mobile engagement portfolios.
Gary joined Avaya in April 2011 and prior to his current role, he led the Collaboration Platforms and UC Applications team. Gary is also a domain expert who was a founding engineer at Octel, the founder and CEO of Prospect Software, and later served as president and CEO of Aspect Communications.
As executive vice president and Chief Technology Officer at Aspect Software, Gary was responsible for corporate planning, product architecture and lifecycle management. He directed strategic partnerships and long-term product integration plans in support of enterprise-level applications.
Gary has delivered outstanding leadership and stakeholder value as either a Chief Executive Officer or Chief Technology Officer for over 20 years and is recognized worldwide as an authority on contact center technologies and solutions. In 2006, Mr. Barnett was recognized by the contact center industry with a Lifetime Achievement Award.

Jean Turgeon
Jean Turgeon (JT) is Vice President & Chief Technologist for Software Defined Architecture (SDA), Worldwide Sales in Avaya, a global provider of business collaboration and communications solutions. He has more than 30 years of experience in networking design and implementation that spans WAN, LAN and gateway technology, Unified Communications, open system architecture frameworks, data center, campus and branch solutions. In his current role, JT is responsible for defining SDA strategic direction, working across the Avaya portfolio to deliver on automation and orchestration. He also ensures accelerated growth of Fabric Technology deployments and strategic solutions initiatives. His previous roles in Avaya included Vice President of Worldwide Solutions Engineering, and Vice President and General Manager of Portfolio and Solutions Strategy. Prior to joining Avaya via the Nortel Enterprise Solutions acquisition which included Bay Networks, JT held Senior Network Architecture and Technical positions at AmeriData and Bell Technical Services. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Ottawa.
Joe Manuele
Joe is Vice President of Global SP/SI, Alliances and Cloud GTM at Avaya. Reporting to Joe are the Global SP/SI teams, the Global Alliances team and the Global AOS/Cloud sales teams. In his role at Avaya, Joe is driving the cloud GTM strategy through the demand creation Private Cloud AOS team, as well as the SP/SI partner lead sales motions. In addition to this team, Joe is also responsible for the relationships with all strategic Global Alliance partners.
Joe brings over 25 years experience in both the enterprise and global carrier markets, an in-depth understanding of 2-tier distribution for small/medium business, large enterprises and complex infrastructure carrier deals with long sales cycles. Joe comes to us from Actelis Networks, where he was Executive Vice President, Global Sales, Customer Support and Field Marketing.
Prior to Actelis, Joe was Managing Director, Americas International and EMEA at Adtran. While at Adtran, Joe had full responsibility for Canada, Latin America and EMEA. Previous roles include Vice President Sales, Americas for Sycamore Networks, Worldwide Vice President Sales and Business Development at Tenor Networks, and various management positions at Cisco Systems.
Mike Runda
Mike has an accomplished career in the technology industry that has spanned over thirty years with numerous Fortune 100 companies. In his current role, Mike leads Avaya Client Services, which includes oversight of revenue, regional execution and global offers for Avaya's holistic suite of support and managed services. Prior to this assignment, Mike was vice president of Avaya Global Support Services where he led the delivery team for maintenance services.
Before joining Avaya, Mike served as CEO of the KCS Academy, where he focused on bringing innovation around knowledge capture and effective re-use across support and services in a variety of industries. Previously, Michael led support for a variety of high tech firms as the VP of Global Support at Intuit, Symantec and Oracle. He drove innovations in processes and technology that transformed these support organizations into highly engaged employee teams that significantly improved the customer experience while dramatically increasing operational efficiency. Mike started his career in sales at IBM, and has held additional management positions in development, field support and IT in Sperry-Univac, Harris, and McKesson corporations.
He enjoys teaching and coaching, having taken a year off to teach AP computer science at a private high school in Florida, while also teaching MIS courses at night at the University of Central Florida and coaching varsity tennis and track teams at local high schools.
Mike enjoys competitive athletics, and still competes in track meets and 5K races, bicycling road races and national tennis tournaments. He is actively involved in community service, having helped build numerous homes for Habitat for Humanity, and frequently assists in trail building and other environmental volunteer activities.

Andy Cunningham
Andy Cunningham is chief marketing officer for Avaya. As chief marketing officer, Andy is responsible for the strategy and oversight of branding, communications, solutions and product marketing, field marketing and demand generation for Avaya's portfolio of business communications and collaboration solutions and services.
An entrepreneur at the forefront of marketing, branding, positioning and communicating "The Next Big Thing," Andy has played a key role in the launch of a number of new categories including video games; personal computers; desktop publishing; digital imaging; RISC microprocessors; software as a service; very light jets; and clean tech investing. She is an expert in creating and executing marketing, branding and communication strategies that accelerate growth, increase shareholder value and advance corporate reputation.
Andy came to Silicon Valley in 1983 to work for Regis McKenna and help Steve Jobs launch the Macintosh. When Steve left Apple to form Next and acquire Pixar, he chose Andy's public relations agency, Cunningham Communication, to represent him. She continued to work with Steve for several years and has developed marketing, branding and communication strategies for game-changing technologies and companies ever since.
Andy is the founder and president of SeriesC, a brand strategy firm dedicated to bringing innovation to market. The 18-month-old firm has worked with more than 20 companies in various markets including telecommunications, search, energy efficiency, media and publishing, finance, mobile apps, display technology, healthcare, big data and semiconductors.
Andy serves on the following boards: The Aspen Institute; Peninsula Open Space Trust (POST); and ZERO1: The Art & Technology Network, an organization she founded in 2000 with the mission to shape the future at the intersection of art and technology. Past board positions include YPO, WPO, CEO, and the Computer History Museum. She is an Aspen Institute Henry Crown Fellow and holds memberships in WPO, CEO, TED, Women Corporate Directors and WPO.
Andy graduated from Northwestern University and lives in Palo Alto, California, with her aviator family: her husband Rand Siegfried, and their two children, McKinley and Cormac.
Jim Livingston
Jim Livingston serves as Vice President and General Manager of the Strategic Services business for Avaya. In this role, Livingston oversees Avaya’s services portfolio in the international regions, including the consulting and professional services businesses, and the maintenance service sales teams. With more than 25 years of multifaceted experience, Livingston has a successful track record leading global services businesses and technical selling organizations. Prior to joining Avaya, Livingston served as Vice President and General Manager of services for Arrow Electronics, a global IT distributor. He also was the Senior Vice President of Channels and Alliances for Terremark, a division of Verizon and service provider for enterprise-class cloud and IT solutions. Livingston also served as Vice President of technology solutions for Affiliated Computer Services, a division of Xerox providing IT and business process outsourcing services. In addition, Livingston held technical sales and services positions for several years at EMC.
Gregory Weber
Gregory Weber has been in the communications industry for over 15+ years. He joined Lucent Technologies in 1998 after receiving his undergraduate degree in computer science and master’s degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University. During his tenure with Lucent Technologies and Avaya, he helped create some of their most profitable products as an R&D software developer and system architect, cared for customer’s technical challenges as an engineer in both professional services and support, patented a number of methods for improving reliability and performance of core Avaya solutions, and ran worldwide sales specialist teams focused on unified communications and mobile video
Gregory Weber is now part of Avaya’s Office of the CTO and is instrumental in leading efforts to understand advanced technology impact on communication’s landscape, to craft Avaya’s portfolio strategy, and to evangelize Avaya’s vision. Greg and his teams engage at all levels – interfacing directly with tech savvy engineers and IT staffs on technical matters to corporate executives as trusted advisors on how next generation collaboration transforms businesses.
