Meng Teck is an industry veteran spending majority of his 18 years career in consulting, design & implementing solutions improving customer experience & real-time collaboration. He is currently leading a team of highly motivated UC&C solutions specialists across APAC for Avaya Singapore Pte Ltd, overseeing product portfolio that is more than 100M per annum.
Prior to his current management role, Meng Teck spent most of his time helping enterprise clients from banks & Telco in South East Asia & Greater China defining the client’s CEM strategy to improve their Net Promoter Score & Customer Life time value. An active speaker for CC industry, he has featured speaking in various Avaya and Industry events such as MAMPU ASEAN CIO forum & Contact Center association of Singapore.
Prior to joining Avaya in 2007, he worked for NEC as solution consultant and a start-up company focus on creating value to the contact center through professional services engagement.
Meng Teck graduated from Nanyang Technological University with EEE degree and holds the Master of Science degree with the same university in networking & communication system.
