Delegate Fee
The Delegate Fee is 350€ per person*
The fee includes full access to the Avaya Technology Forum plenary and breakout sessions plus the Solutions Experience, along with an invitation to join the Welcome Reception / Beer and Gear evening on Tuesday 5th May, the off-site Event Dinner on Wednesday 6th May and the Themed Evening on Thursday 7th May.
*Delegate Fee does not include flights or accommodation
Delegate Responsibility
All delegates are responsible for booking and paying for their flight and hotel costs.

Can a substitute attend in my place?
Yes we will consider a substitute. To submit a substitution for approval, email the Avaya Events Team at info@ATFVienna2015.com
Transferring a Delegate Fee
If you have registered, paid a Delegate Fee, then subsequently need to cancel; it is possible to submit a substitution for approval by emailing the Avaya Events team at: info@ATFVienna2015.com
Delegate Fee
A delegate cancellation fee will apply in accordance with the following policy:
From 1st March to 31st March - 50% of the Delegate Fee
From 1st April to date of arrival - 100% of the Delegate Fee
Delegate Fee cancellations must be communicated by email to info@ATFVienna2015.com as soon as possible. Any cancellation refunds will be processed after the event.
Do I need to bring a credit card?
Yes, you need to pay for the hotel booking on registration with a credit card although you can settle any incidental hotel charges with cash.
What is the closing date for registrations?
20th April
Can I bring my spouse to the event?
Spouses are not invited to the event.
What is the dress code?
Business casual attire is appropriate throughout the event program.
