Event Costs

The Delegate Fee is (US)$388 per person*

This fee includes full access to the 2014 Avaya Technology Forum Plenary and Breakout Sessions and the Demo Zone.
*Delegate fee does not include travel or accommodation.

Delegate Responsibility
All delegates are responsible for booking and paying for their travel and hotel costs.

Payment will be taken on registration by credit card or can be invoiced to your company.


We have negotiated preferential room rates for Avaya Technology Forum attendees.
Once you have registered you can book your accommodation through the link provided in your confirmation email. When you make your online reservation you will be asked to provide a credit card to guarantee the booking, no deposit will be charged. Be advised to book early due to peak season.

Accommodation Rates

Deluxe (US)$320* for deluxe room for 1 person (inclusive of breakfast & internet access for 1 person)

Deluxe (US)$345* for deluxe room for 2 persons (inclusive of breakfast & internet access for 2 persons)

Attendees shall be liable for all charges incurred outside the food and beverage and all other requested services of Avaya Technology Forum event

*Any cancellations or amendments to booking must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, after which the full payment due for your reservation (plus 10% service charge and prevailing government tax) will be charged to the credit card details of the individual attendee(s) provided for guaranteed
