Can a substitute attend in my place?
Yes we will consider a substitute. To submit a substitution for approval, email the Avaya Events Team at: Avayaapac@atfsingapore2014.com.
Do I need to bring a credit card?
Yes, you need to pay for the hotel booking on registration with a credit card although you can settle any incidental hotel charges with cash.
What is the closing date for registrations?
30th April, 2014.
Can I bring my spouse to the event?
Spouses are not invited to the event.
What is the dress code?
Business casual attire is appropriate throughout the event program.
Delegate Fee
A delegate cancellation fee will apply in accordance with the following policy:
From 20th February to 31st March - 50% of the delegate fee
From 1st April to date of arrival - 100% of the delegate fee
Delegate Fee cancellations must be communicated by email to Avayaapac@atfsingapore2014.com as soon as possible. Any cancellation refunds will be processed after the event.
