This is an exclusive, invite-only event with strictly limited capacity. Once you complete your registration, your status will be reviewed, and you will receive a formal confirmation email upon approval. You may also reach out directly to your Avaya Account Manager to check your status.

No. Registration, event access, scheduled group meals (including the Networking Lunch and Dinner), and conference materials are fully hosted by Avaya.

For Enterprise Customers: Yes. Your registration includes a complimentary 2-night stay at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Bangkok (Check-in: Aug 4, 2026 | Check-out: Aug 6, 2026). However, attendees are required to manage their own flight arrangements. Please contact your dedicated Avaya Account Manager or your authorized Avaya Channel Partner to coordinate your flight bookings or to arrange the claim process through them.

For Avaya Channel Partners: No. Both the flight and hotel room costs are the responsibility of the attendees. Avaya has secured a preferred corporate nightly rate at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Bangkok. Booking instructions will be sent upon registration approval. If you plan to utilize Avaya Market Development Funds (MDF), please refer to the standard MDF reimbursement policy regarding hotel and travel allocations.

• Aug 4 - Day 1 (Arrival): Check-in opens in the afternoon. You may check with the confirmation email sent by the hotel.
• Aug 5 - Day 2 (Event Date): The full-day agenda runs from 10:00 AM through to the official Networking Dinner closing at 8:00 PM.
• Aug 6 - Day 3 (Departure): Morning hotel check-out and individual departures.

Please present your business card at the event registration desk to receive your official event badge. Attendees are required to wear their name badge at all times to access the conference sessions and meal events.

The Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Bangkok is located approximately 30 km from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Don Mueang International Airport (DMK).

• AOT Airport Limousine/Taxi: Available directly at the arrivals terminal (approx. 45–60 minutes depending on traffic).
• Public Transit: You can take the Airport Rail Link to Makkasan Station and switch to the MRT Blue Line (Phetchaburi to Sukhumvit Station), which connects directly to the hotel. The property is also directly accessible via a covered skybridge from the adjacent Asok BTS Skytrain Station.

• Business Casual / Business Attire

The primary language for the keynotes, technical deep dives, and panel discussions will be English.

Passport holders from over 90 countries are eligible for a visa exemption or visa-on-arrival for tourism and business meetings up to 30 days. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your date of entry. We recommend verifying specific entry requirements with your local Royal Thai Embassy before booking travel.
