Q: What expenses are partners and sponsors responsible for during the Executive Partner Forum?
A: Airport transfers will be provided to/from the Manchester Grand Hyatt and will run on event dates only. If you are traveling outside of Forum dates/times, you should make your own arrangements.
Q: When I arrive at the airport, where do I find the Avaya ground transportation?
A: Upon arrival to the airport please proceed to the baggage claim area to pick up your luggage, where you will see transportation staff with Avaya conference logo signs.
Q: Will there be a shuttle at the end of the Forum?
A: Departure shuttles will be provided. Updates to the shuttle schedule will be provided in San Diego.
Q: If I am traveling outside the specified travel dates or I arrive after the window of scheduled transportation, how do I get to the hotel?
A: If you are traveling outside the scheduled arrival and departure dates and times or arrive after the window of scheduled transportation, there are plenty of taxis available at the airport. Any costs associated with transportation during these dates/times will be at your own expense and will not be approved for reimbursement by Avaya.
Q: What is the deadline to register for the conference?
A: The registration deadline for the conference is January 8th. The conference registration site will close on Friday, January 29th.
