Avaya Innovation Masters is a new demo coaching program to help Avaya Business Partners with best practices in demonstration.

We can’t anticipate everything that could go wrong when presenting “on stage,” but we can prepare as much as possible so when the unexpected does happen in our customer presentation we are ready and practiced with our demo and presentation.

It is easy to use the Avaya Innovation Masters Demo Coaching Program – with only minimal requirements to sign up. You need two things:

• Have a winning attitude with presenting Avaya solutions.

The demo coaching program is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to prepare for an excellent demo session.

2. Visit the Tips &Tricks page to find ideas for demo techniques.
3. Sign up by filling out the form here for an introductory demo coaching appointment with Avaya subject matter experts.

Sign up for a demo coaching session any time. This is a great way to practice your Avaya demo skills and “elevator pitch.”

A typical demo coaching session is intended to be quick and efficient – only 20 minutes maximum:

• Introduction: 5 minutes
• Your Demo time: 10 minutes
• Avaya Experts Feedback: 5 minutes

The demo coaching program is designed to be purposeful. Remember, the whole point of these Advanced Engagement Skills with demo is to practice telling a quick demo story that helps your customer see how the solution will help them!

If you can’t fit your demo scenario into the 10 minute window you are not following the demo best practices - simple as that.
