Johannes Eckert is Vice President of IT Operations at Cox Communications. He’s currently responsible for operating the company’s nationwide IT Infrastructure and Data Center Services, Application Support, Corporate Systems, EBI, Network Services, Billing, Rating, Mediation, Workplace Management, IT Network Operations Center and Security Operations for all residential and commercial customers.

Johannes has more than 20 years of global experience in strategy, IT, engineering, product development and operations in telecommunications, cable and consulting services for different companies across multiple countries including Brazil, Peru, Argentina, Chile, Venezuela and Israel. Prior to his current role, he held key positions at Cox as the leader of the Wireless Technology team for IT and Engineering and the Application Development team for Business Support Systems.

Johannes earned a BS and MS in computer science from the Technical University in Berlin, Germany, and an MBA from the Michael J. Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University. He currently serves on the Emory Advisory Council, is a member of the Rotary Club of Dunwoody and has been an active member on the Cox National and Atlanta Diversity Council.

Bob Romano leads Video Marketing at Avaya. With over 20 years of experience in the video conferencing industry and a daily user of online conferencing technologies he is an expert in how to effectively meet over distance. Prior to his current role at Avaya Bob was Global Vice President of Marketing at Radvision and has held positions as president of VCON, VP of Sales and Marketing at First Virtual Communications and with IBM in a variety of sales and finance positions.

Robert Kolbuch is the Global Partner Sales Lead for Avaya's Google Contact Center Solutions. Prior to joining Avaya’s Google Alliance team, Robert was a Named Account Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area supporting accounts including Google, Tesla, and VMware. Robert brings a variety of experience spanning the technology and finance industries including working for startups and wealth management institutions. Robert is fluent in Polish and has a MBA and bachelor's degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University.

Chris Lydle is a Senior Program Manager on Google's Devices for Work team and is responsible for sales on the east coast of the Unites States. Chris is a graduate of Rutgers University and resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
