Kim Leffler is a Consulting Systems Engineer for Avaya, showcasing the Team Engagement Solutions portfolio for the Central area. In this role, she provides strategy, design and application expertise, solving for key customer initiatives and use case analysis. Supporting both Avaya customers and Business partners, with mobility and collaboration as core priorities in developing a next generation enterprise, Kim provides consulting support as clients evaluate how to evolve their networks to SIP, and take most advantage of applications that will provide the biggest benefit to key end user profiles. Kim has been in the telecommunications industry, working for AT&T, Lucent, and Avaya for over 20 years, focused on the Messaging, Unified Communications, Collaboration and now Team Engagement space as it has evolved, for her entire career. Her responsibilities have included end user training/ support, Global Account Management, and most recently Global & Strategic Account Collaboration and Team Engagement support. She leads the North American Theatre UC & Video Virtual Technical Team, serving as liaison between sales/ technical teams and business unit/product management representatives. A graduate of Indiana University, Kim lives in Fishers IN with her husband Randy and kids Christian and Kendal.
