Robert Kolbuch is the Global Partner Sales Lead for Avaya's Google Contact Center Solutions. Prior to joining Avaya’s Google Alliance team, Robert was a Named Account Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area supporting accounts including Google, Tesla, and VMware. Robert brings a variety of experience spanning the technology and finance industries including working for startups and wealth management institutions. Robert is fluent in Polish and has a MBA and bachelor's degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University.

James has been with Google for 5 years and runs Western US sales for the Devices for Work team. Prior to Google, he managed sales and business development teams at 4 start-ups all focused on enterprise technology. James got his start at Accenture as a consultant managing SAP implementations. He holds a BA in Biology from the University of California at Berkeley.

Randy Crosby has been with Edina Realty since 1997 is the Manager of Technical Services and Telecommunications at Edina Realty Home Services. In his role, he is leading the initiative to design and implement technology infrastructures using data, voice and cloud based technologies. He is responsible for managing a multiple carrier, multiple platform environment that supports over 55 locations, with 2200 sales professionals and 500 corporate employees. Randy has been involved in providing strategic technology solutions for Edina Realty, working closely with Edina’s parent company, Home Services of America, which provides real estate services to 30 real estate brokerage affiliates across the country. He oversees a technical group of people, responsible for the support of their data center which hosts equipment for several company units. Prior to joining Edina Realty, he was the Manager of Server Operations at Park Nicollet Medical Center and worked as part of a team to oversee the technical infrastructure design from the merger of Park Nicollet and Methodist Hospital.
