On November 19, 2014, Avaya and the San Jose Earthquakes – two Silicon Valley brands on the rise – announced a multi-year agreement granting Avaya the official naming rights of the San Jose Earthquakes’ new stadium. Construction on Avaya Stadium is slated for completion by the time the Earthquakes take the field in March 2015.
